Our Knowledge Solutions Offerings: Our knowledge solutions will be offered as follows:  1.                 Customized In House Training a.     “One on One” Coaching: Specific training will be delivered to an individual or a small number of individuals (up to 3) in a manner that facilitates direct knowledge transfer in a unique learning setting.  As part of this offering, the specific requirement of the organization and the individual will be defined so as to customize the knowledge transfer to the individual (s), including specifically focusing examples around their organization.  This training is intended to increase the competency level of a small number of individuals in very short period of time, with practical and specific seminars, exercises and examples. b.     Hands-On Training: Specific training will be delivered to an individual or a small number of individuals (up to 3) in a manner that facilitates direct knowledge transfer in a “hands-on” manner.  As part of this offering, the specific requirement of the organization and the individual will be defined so as to customize the knowledge transfer to the individual (s).  Our trainers will directly assist the individual (s) in the conduct of their tasks, including knowledge transfer related to getting their work/project completed, as well as tips and lessons learned from other experiences.  This approach will be unique in that it not only offers knowledge transfer on the specific topic, but also assists the individual (s) in completing their work deliverables in an efficient and effective manner. c.      Group Seminar Sessions: General training will be delivered to a number of individuals in group sessions (more than 3) in manner that facilitates knowledge transfer in a more traditional seminar setting.  As part of this offering, the specific requirement of the organization and the group will be defined so as to customize the seminar session to the learning needs of the group, while focusing the examples and exercises around their own organization.  Session under the In House category will generally be provided at the client site, but other arrangements can be made if it is more convenient in some cases.  Any required travel will be expensed according the TBS guidelines as required and approved by the client organization.  2.                 General Classroom Training General training courses will be delivered to a number of individuals in group sessions in manner that facilitates knowledge transfer in a more traditional classroom setting.  Efforts will be made to ensure course materials, exercise and examples are relevant to the class participants, but in general the training will be less specific in this case.  This environment will, however, provide participants with an opportunity to learn and network not only with the trainers, but also their colleagues who are also on the course.  3.                 Computer Based Training Modules Canned training solutions will be made available for sale, including specific modules that lend themselves to this type of media.  4.                 Reference (White Papers, Samples, etc) White papers, samples models, data collection utilities, dictionaries, charters, etc will be made available for sale, including specific “how-to” instructions.
